Sound equals movement.

Between my study of yoga, natural movement (Katy Bowman), and body mapping at Portland State University, I’ve decided to put somewhat of an emphasis on how to use your body at the piano in my teaching. Small movement adjustments can go a long way in helping prevent injury as well as making your playing more efficient.
